We are hiring a Sr. Associate Systems Analyst and Delivery Leadto support our HR Services BRIDGE Team. The Sr. Associate
You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying automation and simplification opportunities, building requirements, using new and emerging technology to self-develop and deliver creative solutions, and partnering with Product and Technology teams to test and deliver enhancements related to Workday, Salesforce and many other systems.
In this role, you will gain or build upon skills related to technical knowledge of systems (Workday, Salesforce and several other systems), product management (prioritizing work and translating requirements between your customers and tech), data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, Google Looker, etc.), project management (JIRA) and new and emerging technology (Salesforce, Google Apps Script, DocuSign, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Leverage data to proactively identify and recommend improvements related to automation and simplification
Partner with customers to design, build and document business intent requirements
Calculate return on investment metrics to support prioritization and decision making
Use existing, new or emerging technologies, such as Salesforce, Google Apps Script, MS Excel Macros, and other tools to self-develop and deliver creative solutions
Partner with HR Technology and HR Product Management to refine technical requirements
Create test scenarios, conduct and/or lead testing teams through testing while documenting results, partnering with HR Technology to resolve defects and providing status updates
Maintain open communication with customers and cross-functional teams throughout delivery
Support customers with operational readiness, production validation and stabilization
Manage work through an Agile delivery framework which includes use of Jira, active participation in stand-ups, core hours and sprint planning
Analyze production incident data to identify impact, root-cause, resolution and new enhancements
Ownership of special projects and/or other responsibilities as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience in information technology or 1 year of experience in data analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Statistics, Business Administration, or Human Resources
1+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Information Technology
1+ years of experience with Workday or Salesforce configuration or system administration
1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Looker, etc.)
1+ years of experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or Google Apps Script
1+ years of experience with SaaS configuration
1+ years of experience with Agile methodology or Business Process Management (BPM)
