Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in international tax with an accounting firm, law firm, or in-house tax department.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a Juris Doctor (J.D.).
Understanding of mergers and acquisitions, structuring, and the taxation of cross-border transactions, including CFC regimes, foreign tax credit regulations, and withholding tax rules.
Ability to operate in a fluid environment and work on multiple projects.
Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
Excellent research and project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
