• Understand market demands & trends by working with clients, sellers, delivery & IBM Consultants to make the strategy relevant to IBM’s client base and to create solutions/products with superior value to the competition.
• Stay informed about advancements in quantum computing and cryptography to anticipate potential threats.
• Ensure that quantum-safe products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Work with regulatory bodies and standards organizations to influence and shape quantum-safe standards.

Team, Tech Leadership and Product Development:

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and developers focused on quantum-safe product development.
• Foster a culture of innovation, start-up speed and agility, delivery excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
• Launch new offerings/enhancements, test their performance, and iterate quickly. Ensure there are strong value propositions and strong ROI on the offerings.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring quantum-safe design principles are integrated.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating and refining development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Communicate complex quantum-safe concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, forums, and events related to quantum-safe

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 08-12 years of relevant industry experience
• Technical expertise and experience in cybersecurity and cryptography
• Deep knowledge of IBM products and services
• Experience in developing and deploying industry applications and solutions on any of the IBM product platform(s)
• Experience in driving architecture/design discussions for product development.
• Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Engineering, UX/UI, Pre-Sales, OEM partnership for the products, Product Management.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders (external partners, vendors, and industry experts) without direct authority.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in co-creating applications with a partner and aligning with it with platform/engineering sprint cycle.
• Experience driving product development and implementing solutions to clients.
• Knowledge of Quantum Computing fundamentals
• Team leadership, coaching, mentoring.
