You will be joining the Digital Transformation Office, which spearheads RPA and AI initiatives within the Finance sector. Your role will be dedicated to AI for Finance, focusing on key business value drivers. These include accelerating growth and improving customer retention through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies, and enhancing speed-to-value by refining demand and revenue forecasting alongside broader business insights. Additionally, you'll work to increase productivity and efficiency by transforming the size, structure, and composition of enterprise functions. You will leverage AI to identify revenue opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance financial decision-making, thereby driving more effective sales and revenue growth initiatives. Furthermore, your efforts will contribute to enhanced risk management and compliance, ensuring proactive governance and regulatory requirements through continuous monitoring.

As an AI/ML Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and transforming Finance operations through the power of machine learning. Your work will directly impact key business outcomes, such as improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing decision-making, and identifying new revenue opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of the Finance organization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities for enhancing processes and optimizing decisions. Analyze data to uncover patterns and insights, contributing to data cleaning and feature engineering, and conduct exploratory data analysis. Evaluate AI/ML approaches and assist in model and algorithm selection, supporting model performance through tuning and engineering. Document business requirements for AI/ML projects, ensuring models meet business needs through testing and validation. Facilitate model deployment and monitor performance, while effectively communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences and staying updated on AI/ML advancements in the Finance domain.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in machine learning or data analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in libraries like Pandas and NumPy, and hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and model building.
• Proficient understanding of machine learning algorithms and strong analytical skills, using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Pandas.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and a proven foundation in statistics and probability for data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with business teams to translate technical findings into actionable insights, with meticulous attention to data quality and model accuracy.

• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure for model deployment and management.
• Skilled in model deployment and management using Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in the financial industry and experienced with large datasets and big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
