Job Description:
Key responsibilities
Partner with the Head of Exec Talent and Learning to define and execute a forward-looking executive development strategy that supports business growth and leadership effectiveness.
Lead the implementation of a comprehensive onboarding program tailored specifically for new executives, ensuring smooth integration into the organization and culture, and delivering a high-touch,high-impact
logistics, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensurenewexecutives have the tools, information, and connections needed to succeed in their roles.
Collaborate with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to assess needs, create targeted solutions, and ensure the scalability and effectiveness of programs.
Leverage insights from market best practices, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to influence long-term learning strategy, ensuring the organization is competitive and responsive to future learning needs.
Lead the implementation and delivery of executive development programs that focus on building and enhancing leadership capabilities of the executive team.
individualdevelopment needs for executives and execute personalized growth plans that include coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
Establish and manage a robust succession planning framework for key executive roles across the organization, assessing risk and creating robust plans to address gaps.
Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of executive development and onboarding programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on key metrics related to executive onboarding and development.
Foster a culture ofbelonging by embedding inclusive leadership practices in development and onboarding programs.
Qualifications
5years of progressive experience in leadership/talent development, human resources, organization development or similar role and 4 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
experience managing and leading enterpriseexecutive talent evaluation,selectionand benchmarkingprograms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and program enhancements.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350
