Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and execution of functional talent and performance programs, driven by talent needs assessments, workforce capability requirements, and key talent metrics, in partnership with business leaders.
- Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to assess talent needs and workforce capabilities, develop impactful talent and performance solutions, and optimize employee performance across the organization.
- Provide thought leadership to team members, ensuring high-quality content creation and alignment with the overall talent experience and program objectives.
- Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of talent and performance programs through in-depth analysis of feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes, making strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and program scaling.
- Lead the development of the talent and performance strategy, contributing to decision-making, resource allocation, and program prioritization to support long-term organizational growth.
- Manage the budget for supported talent and performance programs, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure cost-effective sourcing of talent resources and tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Building and delivering programs at scale that are employee facing

- Stakeholder management
- Excellent project management and organization skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while driving execution in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, particularly in formatting and design
- Proficiency developing executive level communications and presentations
- Experience partnering with all levels, from senior executives to entry level team members

The US national annual pay range for this role is $123,500 to $212,850
