Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior level Group Site Manager with management and multiple site support experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Manages technology support, scheduling, operations, and auxiliary IT functions for all US Bank trading floors, with major locations in Charlotte and New York and smaller locations around the country. Given the fast-paced nature of trading, we deliver on-site, white glove support in the major locations and virtual support to the smaller offices. This is a hands-on technical role, requiring deep technical knowledge of trading floor technologies. Supervises evaluation of equipment and facility requirements and develops long-range plans to accommodate future needs. Directs the planning, scheduling, and deployment of all hardware facilities and associated software. Manages provisioning of technical support, consulting, and problem resolution activities for major or multiple sites. Limited travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

10+ years’ experience managing technology support, scheduling, operations, and auxiliary IT functions for a major site or multiple sites

IT project management

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00 - $164,120.00
