Description
In this role, you will define the vision and strategy, and lead the execution of innovative solutions for internal customers that leverage our platform capabilities, across Apple.TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP:- Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions.- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, driving innovation and continuous improvement.CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT:- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business units to understand their needs and requirements related to AI/ML.- Develop and implement strategies for change management, training, and communication to facilitate the successful adoption of AI/ML initiatives.- Monitor and analyze performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing team(s) with data and ML expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across Apple.
- Experience working with distributed data processing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of data technologies, tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data engineering, and data science concepts.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving business results through technology innovation.
- Solid project management skills: Prioritization, communicating across team/org boundaries
- Experience recruiting for your team: Predicting staffing needs, designing interview loops, evaluating candidates and closing them.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,300 and $346,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
