Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting MOCVD epitaxial growth reactors.
- Experience with vacuum systems, gas delivery systems, and RF power systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading a team of technicians.
- Experience with III-N epitaxy processes.
- Experience with helium leak testing and other diagnostic techniques.
- Experience with Aixtron or Veeco MOCVD equipment.
