What you’ll do:
The Business Transformation Enablement Communication Intern will support activities such as:
- Draft and Publish Communications: Craft and distribute internal emails, campaigns, and various communication across channels.
- Manage Digital Platforms: Create and oversee SharePoint sites and administer Microsoft Teams communities.
- Utilize Facilitation Tools: Leverage tools like Mural for effective collaboration and engagement.
- Video Production: Edit and produce videos using Adobe, Camtasia, Synthesia, and AI tools for image and video creation.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings, record minutes, and disseminate them to relevant team members.
- Strategic Communication Development: Design communications strategies tailored to different personas within the Customer Support and Lifecycle Management team.
- Employee Engagement Activities: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal communication and engagement activities.
- Communications Calendar and Planning: Maintain the internal communications calendar and manage strategic plans and timelines.
- Content Production: Develop short-form content such as blogs, explainers, and spotlights for internal communications.
- Link Communications to Mission and Values: Ensure all communications align with and promote the organization's mission, vision, and values.
What you bring:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe, Camtasia and Synthesia).
- Experience with content generation platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to efficiently take action on meeting minutes.
- Experience with Mural or other facilitation tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple and diverse tasks, presential and virtual, global and regional, individual and collaborative, recurrent and punctual, end-to-end and as part of process.
