Responsibilities:

• Assist in the staffing and capacity planning of Onboarding Advisors to ensure smooth execution of onboarding services.
• Support the creation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track team performance and operational success.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Contribute to operational enhancements by optimizing workflows, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across regions.

Students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in:

• Business Administration, Management, Economics
• Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems
• Engineering, Mathematics, or other analytical fields

Skills & Tools:

• Data analysis & visualization : Experience or interest in tools like Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VBA), Power BI, SAP BW, Tableau, or similar.
• Operational mindset : Ability to organize, optimize, and improve internal processes.
• Problem-solving & analytical thinking : Ability to analyze data and propose meaningful insights.
• Project & time management : Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills : Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
