Responsibilities Include:
Assist the COO office in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives and projects.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and meeting materials.
Ensure follow-ups on action items from meetings and communications are completed promptly.
Oversee logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and travel for the COO key team members.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all logistical needs are met.
Handle administrative duties, including expense reports, procurement, and office supply management.
Act as a primary point of contact for the COO office leadership team, managing communications and ensuring timely responses.
Liaise between the Technology Operations team and other departments to facilitate collaboration and information flow.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects.
Support the COO office in identifying project priorities and managing resource allocation.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a project management, operations, or executive support role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
