Develop strategic and long-term relationships with key customers, partners and resellers.
Build and strengthen sales team to meet and exceed overall sales quota in Malaysia.
Drive required business changes and cater for flexibility in the organization to improve process, discipline and productivity.
Manage a team of direct reports including account managers, channel sales, inside sales and engineers and is responsible to grow and develop the teams.
Set and commit quotas, ensures healthy sales pipeline, forecast accuracy and business linearity.
Requirements:
Ideally 10+ years technology selling experience managing different teams.
Strong sales discipline and execution skills.
Proven track record in selling solutions to enterprise customers and over-achievement of quota.
Experience in the network security industry preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong business acumen and leadership abilities to mentor, motivate, retain, and develop teams.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
