Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in media, entertainment or technology, working in business development, content acquisition/distribution, business affairs or legal roles.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree.
Experience negotiating media distribution agreements for linear, direct-to-consumer, transactional and ad-supported content.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, marketing, finance).
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
Ability to balance competing priorities while managing multiple time-sensitive projects, and identify business issues and deliver impact against concrete goals.
