- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, account planning, market research, strategy consulting, or sales leadership.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and building teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing large teams with significant scopes operating in complex environments.
- Experience working with CXO/executive stakeholders on experience design and thought leadership programming at an experience-led organization.
- Experience working with AI, Ads and technology innovations across CXO, CMO and cross-industry groups.
- Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a strong attention to detail to drive excellence.
- Ability to understand business issues, and to easily link CXO topics and agendas to executive programming.
- Ability to challenge executive audiences, with dynamic and compelling facilitators and presenters.
