Develop new process flow, define keyprocess parameters and control methods
Collaborate with professional fixtures,testing equipment, and fault analysis, verification, and acceptance proceduresbefore entering production, and assist in their development
Manage process document such as processflow chart and standard operating instructions to provide guidance for Batterypack repair/remanufacturing.
Summarize data from vehicle logs,service databases, repair orders, and production systems to perform complex andaccurate electromechanical debugging and maintenance of batteries; Collect dataconcisely and accurately, update and maintain electronic and written records
Failure mode analysis and diagnosticand define repair process
Ensure the correct use andunderstanding of fault analysis tools and methods
Process monitoring, parametersoptimization, error proofing system optimization
Key process improvement, Yieldimprovement
Collaborate with cross functional teamsin global reman team
New Product Introduction (NPI), Implementationof engineering change to Reman workshop
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor of Mechanical, Electrical,Industrial, Chemical engineering. The same experience is also acceptable.
More than 3 years of experience inPowertrain product manufacturing process (battery product experience ispreferred). Working knowledge of high-voltage DC battery systems or basicelectronic and DC electrical systems
Proficient in manual and computer-basedtools, including electrical testing equipment (Such as HIPOT/functional test),and computer database
Good understanding of process control,part change, manufacturability, process design, process verification, assemblymethods and cost reduction methods.
Must have process engineering skills(process development/improvement, troubleshooting, data analysis, constraintanalysis, process optimization, Root cause analysis, etc.)
Familiar with ISO9001 or IATF16949
Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in English (Chinese is plus)
Able to read and understandmanufacturing instructions, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
Ability to work closely with multiple departmentsand learn and integrate new technologies.
Preferred: Experience inManufacturing execution system (MES), Experience in semi-automated equipment, Experiencein system integration and debugging
Goodunderstanding of EHS requirement in battery handling environment
