About the role:
As Forter’s HR Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administration requirements within the HR department in addition to contributing to its evolution of Operations and Benefits processes as Forter continues to grow its HR Operations function. You will be involved in evaluating and optimizing processes, supporting benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulations across multiple countries, and providing support to employees regarding their miscellaneous HR and benefit inquiries. This role will report to the Senior HR Operations Manager, based in the USA.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead/partner with stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding/offboarding process(es) for employees across EMEA and APAC
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance and/or escalation on HR and benefits-related matters.
- Maintain employee records and other HR data within our HRIS and across a variety of other systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data security.
- Assist in identifying opportunities and implementing improvements for international HR processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and global consistency.
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for management, auditing, and business planning purposes.
- Alongside local HR team members, act as cultural liaison for Israel base of operations, ensuring feedback and desires across benefits, processes, communications, and more are being escalated and addressed as needed.
- Partner with benefit vendors and brokers to facilitate the administration of employee benefit programs from enrollment through termination while ensuring secure compliance across a variety of countries
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support the consistent and timely application of Leave of Absence policies, procedures, and communication
- Work with vendors to coordinate and facilitate the annual benefits open enrollment process, where necessary.
- Provide communication materials and support employees through education sessions on benefit offerings, changes, and other related topics as needed.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, benefits, and LOA administration
- Resourceful problem solver with a bias towards partnership and action that thrives on solving tough challenges
- Ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team environment on various projects and tasks
- Some familiarity with benefits and compliance regulations across EMEA and APAC
- Detail-oriented analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
