Senior Program Manager- Delivery Excellence Expert
- Understands business challenges, pain points and the related impacts for the service delivery organization quickly
- Be responsible for driving the clean core on BTP, innovation adoption and business transformation at scale for customer
- Be the Transformation Partner for the CIO (or other CxO business transformation sponsor at customer’s), driving architecture effectiveness.
- Analyzes stakeholder as-is situation with high level of complexity, and can propose and recommend improvement options
- Possesses a deep understanding of goals, key performance indicators and processes for the service delivery organization
- Leads the execution of action plans for the resolution of stakeholder needs Business Support
- Establishes trusted relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Drives active cross-functional partnerships and frameworks to enable efficient execution (across the service delivery organization and beyond)
- Based on their Delivery Excellence role, owns the planning and execution of activities in area of responsibility for the role
- Coordinates the activities of others, leads internal initiatives or programs
- Proposes process and/or tool innovations or updates to continuously improve the organizations operations
- Represents services delivery in cross initiatives
- Based on their Delivery Excellence role, owns the reporting of status and deliverables, accomplishments and value to the stakeholders involved
- Acts as a key contact for the business and trusted advisor on the assigned area of responsibility
- Supports development, alignment and execution of organizational strategy Continuous Improvement
- Leverages existing channels to provide input to the SAP organization to optimize internal and external offerings
- Provides feedback to processes and highlights improvement potential for SAP engagements
- Leads or champions the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of delivery and customer experience
Experience & Educational Requirements

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer focus and empathy for customer situation
- Strong knowledge of SAP's Digital Transformation Strategy and our Service offerings
- Experience in 1 or more industries and the industry the customer belongs to (core processes and trends of the industry)
- Strong knowledge of the strategic and operational issues of engagement management, program management and project management.
- Ability in managing internal and external client expectations on program requirements and deliverables
- Advanced proficiency in key program management knowledge areas of Program Management Lifecycle, Benefits Management (Value Management), Program Governance, Stakeholder Management
- Strong knowledge and competency in program management related areas of Knowledge Management, Portfolio Management, Organizational Change Management,
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
- Leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior management, clients, peers and team members.
- Liaison and consultative skills: negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
- Ability to deal with conflicts and contribute to their solution
- Strong writing, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
