What you’ll do
- Support the planning and execution of strategic Partner Led Territory initiatives, including partner enablement programs, marketing efforts, and innovation projects
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and partners
- Prepare impactful presentation materials, reports, and playbooks for business communication
- Conduct research and gather insights on partner performance, territories, or market trends
- Maintain and improve internal templates, toolkits, and reporting frameworks
- Contribute to tracking project progress and ensure alignment with priorities and timelines
- Collaborate closely with Partner Business Managers, Sales, and Enablement teams to drive execution — including exposure to commercial processes and sales planning.
What you bring
- Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration / Information Systems / Computer Science or similar
- Computer skills: MS-Office, Word, Power Point, Excel
- Language skills: (e.g. fluent in English, German and French as a plus )
- Experience in self-managed project work at customer, high focus on customer orientation
- Excellent Communication skills, team player but also being able to work self-sufficient
- Resilient, highly motivated, self-driven and an accurate way of working
- Experience in the IT Industry is beneficial
Meet your team
- Partner coaches in the assigned territory ensure partners are equipped to drive customer success and effectively develop trusted long-term customer relationships.
- Partner Manager counterparts in the assigned territory work closely with partners to coordinate all partner-relevant activities throughout the Customer Value Journey.
As a working student, you’ll support a territory-based team focused on scaling a partner-led sales model. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, help drive structured project outcomes, and experience how we translate strategic goals into actionable programs with measurable impact — including commercial elements that link partners to pipeline and bookings.
