Job Description

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Provide technology skills and capabilities within Collaboration capabilities
• Demonstrate the ability to listen to customer needs and translate requirements into IT solutions.
• Design and Implement Collaboration solutions leveraging our collaboration platforms.
• Follow our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes through implementation including preparation of all mandatory documentation.
• Define and Implement enterprise and project specific information management policies, taxonomies, workflow, and lifecycle management.
• Assist in designing, planning, building, and operating our Collaboration capabilities as part of collaboration ecosystem
• Help define best practices and guidelines for Collaboration capability at company acting as a subject matter expert for interactions with customers and other IT functions. Identify capability gaps in Collaboration capabilities and design solutions to address those gaps.
• Contribute to Collaboration platform roadmaps and future state capabilities.
• Support solution governance across Collaboration infrastructure.
• Ability to work with global virtual teams of IT professional and deal with multiple cross-functional teams

We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

Education Minimum Requirement:

• Graduate degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3-5 years working with technologies that leverage collaboration technology with focus to MS365 capabilities.
• Overall understanding of SharePoint technologies and integration with collaboration ecosystem.
• Microsoft 365 cloud integration experience – Microsoft GraphRAPH API, PnP Frameworks (PowerShell and/or JavaScript and/or .NET), Azure services (mostly used: Azure Functions, Data Factory) and its integration with M365
• Scripting ability – PowerShell, using .NET libraries
• Cloud development lifecycle – Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub), best practices
• Client side scripting experience – JavaScript (TypeScript), React and/or NodeJS
• BCS - Business Connectivity Services Connectors
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions that address needs and show benefits to company as a whole.
• Solution delivery and management from initiation through implementation including costing and coordination of global technology teams
• Ability to envision and think out of the box to provide innovative solutions within the framework of enterprise platforms
• Ability to independently solve problems while also being comfortable seeking assistance when needed

Desired/Optional Experience and Skills:

• General understanding of validation process for computerized systems and project management techniques such as Agile or Waterfall
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical information to both IT and business partners
• Verbally and in writing demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of professionals globally
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple competing projects and needs.
• Project management and/or program management proficiency, with an emphasis on System Life Cycle and Change Control methodologies

Desired/Optional Technology Exposure:

• Experience with PowerPlatform technology (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI)
• Generative AI and RAG concepts understanding, Microsoft AI technology
• Conceptual understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (API)
• Relational database concepts used in technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server
• Microsoft Office applications such as Office Pro, Office 365
• SharePoint development skills - SPFx - SharePoint Framework
