- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- 10+ years of experience leading and supporting collaborative software development teams
- 5+ years of experience developing software for robotics or other hardware systems like medical devices and telecom switches
- 3+ years of experience operating software at scale
- Hands-on experience as an engineer. Working knowledge of a programming language, preferably C++ or Java.

- Deep understanding of software development processes and best practices
- Hands-on experience experience building robotic systems as a scientist or software engineer. Ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive as deep as needed.
