In this position...

• The PD Programs Finance Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for partnering with the Chief Program Engineer and Product Development Operating Functions to deliver some of Ford’s most important forward model vehicles.
• The Manager will lead a team of Finance supervisors and analysts responsible for delivering forward-model vehicle profitability targets trough material cost and investment target setting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• This position is the Finance lead for all aspects of forward-model Expedition & Navigator vehicles. This role requires strong influencing and business partnership skills, strong analytical skills, system expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all functions.
