Job Description

As an R&D Change Analyst, you will manage changes associated with commercialized products as they proceed through the Change Control Board (CCB) and the Change Implementation Board (CIB).

Your role:

• Coordinate the timing and order of change tasks to ensure proper transfer for design changes from engineering to operations, and into the approved market(s)
• Oversee and facilitate Change Review Board meetings to ensure change requests are properly documented, reviewed, and approved/rejected
• Create appropriate tasks in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to execute approved design changes including the proper sequencing of implementation and maintenance of records documenting design changes

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in medical device industry
• Your experience includes Windchill PLM
• You have a Bachelor of Science degree in a Technical, Science, or Engineering discipline preferred but not required. The appropriate technical or associate degree and experience combination will be sufficient
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
• Must have working knowledge of 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 13485

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $70,000 to $119,000.
