Strategy & Planning
- Shape our SMB Europe strategy alongside regional General Managers and SMB leadership
- Drive our quarterly and annual planning processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and investment planning
- Foster alignment and collaboration across regional portfolio leads and sales leaders
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align on market strategies and commercial levers
Commercial Insights & Performance
- Build and maintain dashboards and frameworks to track business performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities or risks
- Proactively analyse merchant, sales, and market data to generate insights that improve decision-making
Program & Initiative Execution
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution (e.g., new market launches, pricing pilots, segmentation plays)
- Support commercial teams through ownership of key workstreams to accelerate acquisition, upsell, servicing, and churn reduction
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner, Product, Customer Service, and regional leadership to deliver P&L growth
- Monitor progress on key workstreams, anticipate blockers, and drive resolution
AboutYou
- 6+ years experience in strategy, operations, or commercial roles (e.g. top-tier consulting, BizOps, Sales Strategy, GM roles)
- Can demonstrate outstanding strategic thinking, alongside a willingness to pivot to execution
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering commercial results
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills—can turn data into clear recommendations and narratives
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills; able to work across all levels of the organization
- Experience in payments / fintech preferred but not essential
- Must be fluent in English, fluency in a second European language a bonus
