This role is pivotal in driving sales performance by setting strategic quota targets, managing attainment levels, and ensuring accurate compensation payouts for the EMEA Commercial team. The Senior Sales Operations Associate will design and implement effective quota-setting methodologies, track sales performance against targets, and guarantee timely and precise commission calculations.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with the Global Sales Compensation team to implement quota-setting methodologies that align with company goals and motivate sales performance.
  • Set individual and team quota targets based on historical data, market analysis, and sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance against quota targets and provide regular updates to sales leadership.
  • Manage attainment levels and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Calculate and administer sales compensation payouts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to address compensation inquiries and disputes.
  • Conduct regular audits of compensation data and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain compensation-related reports and dashboards, with a focus on quota attainment and payouts.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and insights for optimizing quota setting and compensation strategies.
What You'll Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, planning, sales operations, compensation, or related field, with a focus on quota setting and attainment management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
