Reporting to the Tech Lead, thewill be primarily responsible for developing and deploying internal-facing marketing communications usingand. You will author, manage, and optimize internal communications across EMEA and other global markets, while also supporting internal engagement through digital channels such as our internal blog and employee event registrations., and
Partner with internal stakeholders to execute email campaigns targeting employees across EMEA region
Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud email operations: setup, testing, deployment, and reporting
Code and customize branded HTML email templates within brand guidelines
Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize email creative assets
Build Cloud Pages registration forms to support internal campaigns
Send internal notifications through Slack Apps using approved workflows
Implement email best practices and stay current on email marketing trends
Act as internal administrator for DET’s Salesforce Sales Cloud instance used by internal teams and PR
Create and maintain user profiles, permissions, and access for employees
Build custom Flows , dashboards, and automation to streamline internal processes
Leverage Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein) to enhance internal user experiences and deliver intelligent workflows
Segment audiences using Data Cloud tools for targeted internal communications
Help evolve internal CRM strategies for employees and implement scalable processes
Partner with internal tech and compliance and data privacy teams to maintain CRM data quality, accuracy, and governance
6+ years of experience in Email Marketing , CRM , or Database Marketing
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Possession of three Salesforce certifications (for admin access in production environments):
Salesforce - Administrator
Salesforce - Advanced Administrator
Salesforce - Platform App Builder
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
Familiarity with building and administering Flows, reports, user access, and CRM automations
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Amp Script, T-SQL, and email coding best practices
JavaScript and Apex coding skills is a plus
Experience with email performance analysis , segmentation , and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with an interest in learning emerging CRM tools like AI agents and Data Cloud segmentation
Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Curious, adaptable, and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
