Manager, Product Management, Migration Tooling & Onboarding Experience

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop the product vision for creating a self-service onboarding journey for customers looking to migrate platforms

• Research available tooling, the current process, meeting with customers to build a value-based backlog for EFP teams

• Work closely with partner teams to define requirements and measures of success

• Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes

• Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product and customer journey design

• Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams

• Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies

• Support technology teams with escalation and resolution of impediments

• Deploy go-to-market strategies to ensure customers can navigate onboarding tools and steps

• Serve as the connection between customers, partners, Capital One’s mission, and your team

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in data science, machine learning, AI and/or automated Business Decision technologies

• Experience working closely with enterprise platforms

Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
