We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description:

In partnership with our team, you will contribute to ensuring that our team’s responsibilities are executed timelyand accurately. Job responsibilities include:

  • Support the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package in collaboration with contributing team members

  • ation of theQuarterly and Annual reports on Form 10-Q/K and manage the internal and external review for these documents

  • Create andmaintainSEC reporting calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for the process

  • ation ofUS GAAP and SEC disclosure checklist to ensure compliance of external financial statements and disclosures

  • and analyze new and existing accounting and reporting pronouncements,utilizingauthoritativeguidanceanddeterminingexternal disclosure requirements

  • Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures and other issues

  • Ensure effectiveness of internal controlswhereidentified as a process owner; implement andmaintainreporting procedures tocomply withinternal control requirements

  • Review XBRL tagging

  • ation ofquarterly earnings release

  • Review of supplementary earnings materials

  • Preparation and review of filings related to government reporting and surveys

  • Work on other special and ad hoc projects in Corporate Controllership asrequired


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

  • CPA with 8 years or more of combined professional experience with a “Big 4” accounting firm and technology or banking industry, with heavy exposure to SEC and financial reporting; proficient in US GAAP and relevant accounting and financial reporting matters

  • Prior experience withWdesk,XBRL,SAP, SAP Business Intelligence, Essbase, preferred, but not required.

  • Prior experience with system implementation is a plus

  • An excellent knowledge of SEC rules and regulations isrequiredcombined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting and reporting issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly and effectively with internal and external audience

  • Good teamwork skills to build collaborative and win/win relationships

  • High degree of intellectual curiosity combined with immense attention to detail

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability toindependently and simultaneously manage various tasks and projectsin a fast-paced environments and flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$82500 to $187990
