Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, addressing their inquiries related to futures & options and OTC clearing services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Generate and deliver operational reviews and insightful metrics to clients.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost the client service experience.
  • Partner with technology teams to develop and enhance clearing platforms and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and the bank’s risk management policies.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of client-centric excellence.

What we are looking for:

  • Very clear understanding of futures & options and OTC clearing workflows, including trade lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in futures markets and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID).
  • Proficiency in industry platforms and tools (e.g. FIA Docs, GMI).

Additional Skills:

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex client issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
