Description
- Identify and develop test and calibration solutions that span across the end-to-end supply chains to achieve world class operational efficiencies- Define test and calibration strategy, roadmap and supporting infrastructure and systems that are efficient, robust and flexible to be deploy to wide range of products- Work hand-in-hand with counterparts at the manufacturing sites to ensure successful roll out of new test and calibration solutions- Continuous improvements of solutions and processes through monitoring, analysis of manufacturing information to identify opportunities of optimization- Improve product quality by tracking/closing test gaps and correlation issues across supply chain during development stage.
Key Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in Sensing (CapSense, Accelerator, Gyro, Ambient Light, Proximity, Haptics, Compass, etc) product development cycle, testing and manufacturing
- Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn and talk about new technologies along with a positive and enthusiastic engagement style
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross functionally in a global environment.
- Familiar in application of Machine Learning and statistical knowledge and tools to drive failure analysis, solutions, and enable supply chain End-End optimization
- Ability to read and write clean, clear, efficient and understandable code in one or more relevant programming languages (C, C++, Python)
- Ability to break down sophisticated problems and evaluate tradeoffs between proposed solutions
- Proven track record to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions within tight schedules.
- More than 3 Years of proven experience in manufacturing
- Experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing and or knowledge of basic concepts is a plus
- Electrical or Computer Engineering background industrial experience would be a plus.
Education & Experience
BS/MS or equivalent experience in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering
