Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Perpetuuiti Automation Engineer L2, He/She will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions using the Perpetuuiti platform. This intermediate-level role requires expertise in automation principles, scripting languages, and the Perpetuuiti platform. You’ll drive automation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the reliability and scalability of automated workflows. . You will need to visit the domestic client’s offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Automation Design and Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable automation solutions. Develop workflows, templates, and playbooks to automate tasks and processes.
- Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure automation solutions using the Perpetuuiti platform. Customize and extend functionality through scripting and API integrations.
- Integration and Orchestration: Integrate automation solutions with existing IT systems and orchestrate workflows across multiple platforms to automate complex processes.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Configure monitoring and alerting within the Perpetuuiti platform. Optimize workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation. Provide training to team members on the Perpetuuiti platform and automation best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement through automation. Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their impact on existing processes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on automation initiatives
- Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with automation platforms (Perpetuuiti, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Strong understanding of automation principles and IT infrastructure components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Required Education:-BE / B. Tech Computer Science, MCA or Equivalent / higher Qualification.
