Accountability for coordinating and supporting Real Estate & Development (RE&D) operations to include:• Assist with all day to day facility operations (soft- and hard services), ensuring open issues are dealt with in a timely manner• Manage Landlords/Vendors requests for document authorisation• Support Facility Managers with any ad hoc requests • Liaise with internal business units and service providers• Conduct Facilities contract reviews as directed• Handle inquiries regarding RE&D related site services• Build effective working relationships with customers, colleagues and service partners• Administration of RE&D tools, procedures, records, and policies including invoicing• Identify and develop opportunities for continuous operations improvement• Ability to perform other functional duties as directed & required• Ensure that all maintenance has been completed in accordance with the PPM schedule• Being able to work independently and thoroughly
