As the(SSM) you will bridge business strategy and sales skilling execution to drive end-to-end learning strategies that accelerate business outcomes. Your objective is to effectively drive a myriad of SSM team operations, identify improvoved data and analytics opportunitites and serve as lead for Sales Skilling with all Works Council requests. You will ensure key Sales Skilling programs sucha s Skilling plans, Agent J.ai, and Skills Challenge are socialized an approved by HR Leads/Works Council. You will establish and drive a Rhythem of Business (ROB) that ensures cross-team engagement and quarterly skilling plan motions.
