How will you make an impact?
- Design and implement customized English training programs to improve employees’ business communication skills.
- Conduct group and individual lessons tailored to different proficiency levels and job functions.
- Develop learning materials, exercises, and assessments to track progress and ensure language acquisition.
- Provide coaching on professional writing, presentation skills, and cross-cultural communication. • Offer feedback and recommendations on language improvement strategies for employees.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify specific language training needs.
- Maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment to encourage participation and progress.
- Stay updated on modern teaching methodologies and incorporate technology-driven learning tools.
- Present reports on employees' English proficiency to the Site Director and HR.
Have you got what it takes?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience teaching English to professionals in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of business communication and industry-specific terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to create and adapt lesson plans to suit various learning styles and job roles.
- Strong skills in leading group classes and managing people
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools and online teaching platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work with diverse teams across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of a second language (Spanish preferred) to facilitate instruction.
- Background in HR, corporate training, or instructional design.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and blended learning strategies.
