OnRoad Execution Team is responsible for managing itinerary lifecycle of the transporters. In 2024, we managed itineraries of over 1.45M transporters and helped deliver 10B+ packages at 1.7B+ delivery locations WW. We are evolving our architecture and expanding our systems to seamlessly support rapidly growing business needs.Key job responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services to support itinerary management systems serving millions of transporters worldwide
* Build and optimize high-performance APIs and microservices that handle real-time itinerary updates and delivery data processing
* Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and logging systems to ensure reliable operation of critical delivery management services
* Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and performance
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining service level agreements

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
