Youwill and you’ll work out of our Brno office location on a 2/3 hybrid work schedule.
Inthis role, you will impact strategic leadership, revenue growth, innovation,customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, riskmanagement, and cost-efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and profitability and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs.
• Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies and monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies and conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Partner with Marketing Communications to develop and deliver all outbound and product marketing collateral. Training Materials, Customer Presentations, Press Releases, User Conferences and Trade Shows, Social Media and Sales Campaigns.
• Support value engineering activities with our engineers.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in offering management or related roles.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Material handling Industry/warehouse automation experience.
