Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop high-quality visual assets for multi-platform games
Design and execute outstanding visuals, both 3D and 2D
Design and implement user interfaces (UI) that enhance the gaming experience and align with the overall product and artistic vision
Develop and maintain polished workflows and pipelines to ensure efficient art production for live operations (LiveOps) cycles
Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance game aesthetics and user experience
Mentor junior artists and provide guidance on best practices in game art and UI design
Ensure cross-disciplinary collaboration to achieve cohesive and engaging game experiences
Efficiently manage time in an agile, fast-paced development environment
Qualifications
Proven experience as a game artist with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional art skills and the ability to see through complete features
Strong 3D and 2D asset creation skills
Extensive experience in mobile gaming, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Experience in web development is a plus
Experience with Animation and VFX, including tools such as Rive, Spine, After Effects, or similar
Expertise in Illustration and concepting
Proficiency in UI and 2D iconography design
Strong typography and logo creation skills
Strong knowledge of Unity or other similar game engines
Strong teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with other artists, designers, and developers
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
A proactive attitude towards learning and incorporating new techniques to enhance game art and UI
The capability to adapt easily and proactively to new software and different tasks
