Key Responsibilities:
Market Development & Strategy
Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for MICT products.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to align product positioning and messaging.
Commercial Enablement
Support sales teams with product training, value proposition development, and deal structuring.
Lead product launches and promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing.
Drive funnel growth and conversion through targeted customer engagement.
Customer & KOL Engagement
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), radiologists, and nuclear medicine specialists.
Organize clinical workshops, demos, and reference site visits.
Collect and relay customer feedback to global product teams for continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability across the region.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Support service and application teams in post-sales customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Physics, Radiology, Clinical Imaging or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in medical imaging, preferably in CT and Molecular Imaging.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems in NEA region.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
