What will you do:
Manage a set list of ISV partners to accelerate platform adoption, renewals, and growth targets in the assigned region.
Collaborate with the global teams to prioritize strategic partners and design plans aligned with the global partner business strategy.
Build and drive innovative go-to-market strategies, including marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the global partner business plans.
Identify and recruit new ISVs into our ecosystem, surfacing qualified opportunities for certification, including securing commitment to certify from partners.
Create, develop, and maintain value proposition, joint influence, and co-sell pipeline with partners, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on opportunities across the business.
Build and maintain successful partnerships with sales teams, segment stakeholders, and key business sponsors across EMEA.
What will you bring:
5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry with a proven record of solutions selling
4+ years of experience in both selling with partners and directly to end customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with multiple sales channels and routes to market
Understanding of solutions selling methodologies
Ability to create and grow positive partner relationships through successful development and implementation of a business planning process
Deep understanding of the current market and its trends and opportunities
Experience organizing and managing cross-functional, matrixed teams
Deep understanding of Red Hat’s platforms, portfolio, and partner opportunities
Ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally
Ability to absorb and articulate multiple partner value propositions, both technical and business
Proven ability to work in a highly adaptive and agile environment
Business-fluent: excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English. Other European languages are a big plus
Willingness to travel across the region
Experience ensuring results through business partners and ability to inspire partner executive trust in Red Hat
Ability to work well in heavily matrixed environmentsEntrepreneurial outlook and approach
