Service Sales:

  • Manage the entire cycle of service sales domain which includes tracking of opportunities, timely release of quotations to the respective stakeholder, keep a track on progress.
  • Ensure the balance of current contract capture rate and help for a proportionate growth.
  • Accountable for getting the service orders processed timely.
  • Updating the activities and building a tracker to represent services in a structured manner.
  • Coordinating with FSEs for any needful and request from customer and facilitating the same.
  • Building the reports from SAP, Service Max on service deliverables for team evaluation of the business growth ratio through SAP.
  • Settlement of payments with Finance & Accounts by linking to the corresponding commercial invoices and advances.
  • Follow up of payments / overdues / AR from customer by using the best media, collaborating with local stakeholder (FSE, Sales Rep, Customer etc.)
  • Coordination with sales team for smooth sales operations and to provide support to customer as per the requirement
  • Distributor & Vendor management for calibration of tools etc.
  • To communicate with the distributors/customers both Internal and External for the need of Business growth and billing.
  • Coordination with Finance and Customer Care for necessary Billing and Order Processing.

Complaint Management:

  • Manage the entire complaint management system for all the service requests across all the capital equipment’s & all functions.
  • Ensure timely and effective way of complaint management by collaborating with FSEs and customer for prompt and right service delivery.
  • Wok on the tools like SAP, Service Max (Sales Force) for ensuring timely services.
  • Ensure timely closure and keeping a track of service metrics such as customer downtime, TAT etc.
  • Managing the complaint management process as per BSC Quality norms.
  • Coordinate with supply chain / warehouse on return of spares, capital equipment’s with ensuring right settlement in records in SAP.
  • Build a tracker for service deliverables.
  • Calling to customers for a feedback survey after every service call has been closed by FSE.
  • Customer Feedback Survey Management.

Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge on service operations specially in field of medical devices (capital equipment’s).
  • Ability to drive the entire service revenue and operations domain individually for India and HUB countries.
  • SAP, Service Max (Sales Force), MS Office, Tableau etc.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge on Local Finance Transactions norms like GST, HSN Codes & Taxation will be an advantage.
  • Team Player and Collaborative Attitude.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 03+ Years’ experience in the field of service operations and specialization in medical devices industry.
  • Graduate with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong hold and experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
