- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience in the digital music/music industry.
- Experience managing a product life-cycle.
- Ability to work in a customer facing or partner facing role.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
