Key job responsibilities
- Develop and prototype solutions for large scale ambiguous problems
- Set an example for other scientists with exemplary scientific analyses; and simple, intuitive, and effective solutions.- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to drive alignment and build consensus on key initiatives.

- PhD in operations research, applied mathematics, theoretical computer science, or equivalent
- Experience investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to business problems and products
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java or Perl to prototype the research ideas

- Research: Preferred research areas includes inventory optimization, supply chain management, and reinforcement learning. Other relevant areas of research are revenue management, pricing optimization, forecasting, applications of stochastic and approximate dynamic programming, applications of game theory to Supply chain management, decision analysis, system dynamics, and econometrics.
- Have successful experience of applying hybrid techniques in the space of Machine Learning and Operations Research
