Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze cybersecurity needs and establish clear objectives and goals for medical device services and connected device platforms, including customer questionnaires and IoMT platforms and services.
- Lead teams of technical staff to drive growth and operational efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring successful execution of ongoing and future initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for IoMT platforms and services, including the development, deployment, and maintenance of technology roadmaps.
- Assist in the creation, development, and maintenance of cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with the company's long-term strategies.
- Provide leadership in the development of annual cybersecurity strategies and submissions for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, identify customer needs, and implement solutions to address unmet requirements.
- Influence divisional product team leaders at both technical and business levels to ensure alignment with cybersecurity strategies.
- Lead the identification and reporting of relevant cybersecurity metrics, and drive technology adoption within internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of industry experience in cybersecurity, specifically focusing on medical device products, IoMT platforms, and associated security services.
- Proven leadership experience, including a successful track record of building and managing technical teams.
- Deep technical expertise in IoMT solutions and their applications in healthcare environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience in developing and executing product cybersecurity strategies.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and methodologies, particularly for connected medical devices.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address system-level needs and solutions.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and lead teams in driving successful outcomes based on new insights.
- Working knowledge of healthcare cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of healthcare delivery environments, workflows, and security requirements for medical devices.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to influence both technical and leadership audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or CISM.
