Your Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the sales leadership in the assigned cluster, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager.
Develop deal models and conduct scenario analyses aligned with the overall sales strategy and commercial solutions.
Fulfill ad-hoc and routine analysis requests to support profitable business decisions and assist the sales team in making commercial choices.
Support the sales team in enhancing customer retention and contract adherence by developing and maintaining appropriate tools.
Integrate new products and services into existing offerings, evaluate performance impact, align with customer service, and review the IPAT process.
Regularly update relevant KPIs, contribute to leadership-level presentations, and support the business review process.
Develop, maintain, and update systems or tools defined by the Sales Operations Manager, including training and supporting business partners in their use.
Participate in customer meetings (e.g., negotiations, tender processes) and provide analytical support to the sales team throughout.
Collaborate with program delivery teams at operational and local levels to monitor implementation and report issues.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in finance, sales operations, contract management, or a related area; experience in the MedTech or healthcare industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data processing software (e.g., Excel), and familiarity with enterprise and reporting systems.
Deep understanding of economic customer segments, needs, and trends in the MedTech industry, with expertise in industry-specific analytics and systems.
Cooperative working style, demonstrated ability to work closely with NKAMs, CCMs, and sales leadership teams, and successful relationship building with internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German .
Ability to adapt flexibly to new challenges and changing requirements in a dynamic market environment, with a willingness to address problems directly, take decisive action, and weigh risks and benefits.
Proactive approach to generating ideas and solutions for developing meaningful and innovative tools for future value.
