What you'll do

Core responsibilities include:

  • Handle and optimize Total Rewards related activities . Depending on previous experience, the responsibilities might be either in mobility-related benefits, or in the bonus mapping and calculation space.
  • Employee Support / Stakeholder Management: Serve as the TR point of contact for employee / stakeholder queries, providing timely responses and analyzing the root causes with the aim to constantly improve our operational excellence.
  • Data Analytics and Process Optimization: Leverage analytical skills to interpret data related to Total Rewards programs, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. Evaluate existing processes to suggest improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation of processes and policies to support audits and reviews.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure operational excellence
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English is a must. German is a plus, but not essential.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in business operations, HR, or Total Rewards service administration. Experience with mobility benefits or with variable pay / bonus operations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, enabling the ability to dissect complex problems and uncover effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, adept at interpreting data to generate meaningful and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability in business process optimization and enhancing service delivery.
