In this role, you’ll:

As an intern (f/m/d) in the Talent Attraction organization, you will learn all stages of the candidate journey: from creating a job opening, to contract creation in a global company. This isn't a run-of-the-mill job—it's a chance to have a hand in shaping the future. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including:

  • Identifying suitable candidates on social media and reaching out to them.
  • Reviewing incoming applications and conducting initial pre-selection interviews.
  • Assisting with the application process by organizing selection days.
  • Proposing your ideas on how to attract the best talents.
  • Contributing in preparation and implementation of events and workshops.
  • Handling administrative tasks with the nitty-gritty of recruiting - things like managing job advertisements and handling travel expenses of the applicants.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • You bring strong interest in Recruiting in an innovative technology company.
  • Hands-on mentality and reliability as a team player. You take charge and keep trying, even when things get tough.
  • Good presentation, communication, and networking skills
  • Creativity and passion for innovation
  • Fluency in English and German – both written and spoken.
