Job Responsibilities:
- Document Analysis: Analyze credit-related documents to understand their structure and content, identifying key information that needs to be automated.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine their requirements for document automation, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
- Quadient Interactive Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Quadient Interactive, ensuring that credit documents are automated accurately and efficiently.
- Business Decision Modelling: Build decision models using Signaview.
- Set up Credit documents that are compatible with DocuSign.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of the automated documents to validate correctness and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, software developers, and product managers, to integrate document automation into lending product workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with various stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and incorporating feedback.
- Agile Methodology: Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve project delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the automated document processes, ensuring that all processes are well-documented for future reference.
- Issue Tracking: Utilize tools such as Jira to track and manage project tasks, issues, and user stories, ensuring that the project remains on schedule and within scope.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development and implementation of automated documents.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and knowledge with team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in Quadient Interactive and Designer development or any of the Customer Communication Management (CCM) tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Experience working with Signaview, specifically Decision as a Service (DaaS)
- Exposure to Docusign application.
- Exposure to loan documentation processes.
