Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience with managing Kubernetes deployment.
- Experience working with customers on public cloud.
- Experience working with early stage hardware platforms.
- Experience running industry standard AI/ML workloads (e.g., NeMo Megatron, MLPerf, LLaMa 2), or similar.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in working under tight deadlines and prioritizing work to meet business goals.
- Experience in managing customer reported issues.
- Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) or Slurm.
- Experience with Linux system administration.
