In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to leadership around optimizing business performance through optimal leverage of vendors
- Contribute towards the development of Make vs Buy strategy aligned with business priorities
- Work closely with business teams, supply chain, risk and technology teams to strategize set up new vendor engagements or optimize existing vendor contracts to deliver increased value based on cost-benefit analysis
- Qualify new opportunities for outsourcing or vendor consolidation, and work with cross functional teams to achieve buy-in and plan transitions to vendors
- Develop or influence highly complex business and technical needs across groups and functions
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy then create and execute corresponding business plans and initiative
- Consult with HR function leaders to identify outsourcing opportunities that can help deliver high quality services through vendors in a cost efficient manner
- Engage with functional leaders and supply chain to identify best-fit vendors for specific needs and set up appropriate governing SLAs to ensure that all new vendor engagements are set up for success
- Analyze financial data to generate insights and recommend strategies to drive efficiencies through vendor transformation
- Help achieve efficiencies of scale and work collaboratively with other HR teams to identify cost savings opportunities within the current vendor landscape
- Set a high bar for performance management, governance and smooth functioning of business through a cadence of business reviews and involvement of LOB leaders
- Evaluate and approve process of identified opportunities
- Collaborate strategically and consult with all levels to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy and create then execute corresponding business plans and initiative
- Communicative strategy and related business plans to management
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas within all levels of organization
- Build strategy and plans relating to vendor management
- Strategy experience on a global and enterprise level related to Outsourcing
- Off shoring strategy experience
- Experience engaging in data analysis, reporting and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL or Macros
- Ability to develop and present to an executive audience PowerPoint presentations
- Experience developing partnerships, collaborating, and influencing across various partner groups, lines of business, and/or centers of excellence and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with large scale initiatives
- Ability to think strategically , offer creative solutions, and challenge the status quo
- Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
