- Build custom services to deliver the data that powers insights into the health of the energy fleet
- Be able to deliver both large and small features, ensuring quality is consistent regardless of size and scope of work
- Work with other platform teams within Tesla, ensuring we are advocating for better interfaces wherever possible
- Contribute to the product roadmap, working closely with the teams that use our tools to constantly improve the effectiveness of the service team
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Experience building backends in Golang
- Experience with event driven architectures
- Experience with CICD practices
- Experience with k8s
- Proven cross-functional collaborative skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An ability to prioritize and execute many tasks in parallel
- Experience with battery systems and power systems
- Experience with big data
